We are seeking a dynamic Technical Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge, activity-based curriculum in Space & Astronomy, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence. Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Supervise and guide a cross-functional team of curriculum technologists and engineers.
- Curriculum Innovation: Drive the design and execution of hands-on activities and tech-integrated learning modules across key domains.
- Project Management: Plan, assign, and monitor the team’s deliverables with weekly sprints and milestone tracking.
- Collaborate with Trainers: Work closely with the Trainers Lead to integrate real-world training feedback into the curriculum.
- Prototyping & R&D: Take charge of prototyping educational tools, kits, and experiments in Space Tech, Robotics, and AI. Lead by doing.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. or higher in Robotics, AI, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Proven track record of prototyping tech-based activities or hardware projects
- Minimum 3–5 years in STEM curriculum development or ed-tech project engineering
- Strong background in robotics platforms (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ROS, etc.), aerospace design, and AI integration
- Bonus: Experience with educational product design, lab-based learning environments, or teacher training modules.
