Center Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Center Manager to lead the overall operations of Lab of Future. This role involves managing admissions, coordinating across departments, handling parent communications, and ensuring seamless execution of academic and operational activities. The candidate will play a key role in planning, organizing, and supervising cross-functional tasks to maintain high service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Admissions & Team Management

  • Lead and supervise the admissions team, ensuring timely follow-ups, counseling, and conversion of leads into enrollments.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the admissions team and monitor performance through regular reviews.
  • Train and coach the admissions team to maintain high-quality interactions with parents and students.

2. Parent Queries & Relationship Management

  • Oversee the timely handling of parent queries and escalations by the team, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Coordinate closely with the front desk, academic, and operations teams to provide accurate and consistent information to parents.
  • Build strong relationships with parents to enhance satisfaction, trust, and long-term engagement with the center.

3. Academic & Class Operations Management

  • Oversee the planning and execution of regular classes, workshops, and special programs to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Coordinate with trainers and academic staff to align schedules, resources, and learning outcomes.
  • Monitor class quality and student engagement, ensuring a positive and high-impact learning environment.

4. Cross-Departmental Planning & Task Management

  • Plan, assign, and track tasks across multiple departments including academic, operations, marketing, and customer support.
  • Ensure inter-departmental collaboration for events, campaigns, and special projects.
  • Conduct regular coordination meetings to align goals, timelines, and responsibilities.

5. Operations & Facility Management

  • Oversee daily center operations including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and child safeguarding policies at all times.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of learning materials, lab tools, and technical equipment.

6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare and share regular reports on admissions performance, student retention, parent feedback, and operational efficiency with the management.
  • Analyze data to identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
  • Share actionable insights with management to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in education center management, admissions leadership, or similar leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, student management systems, and reporting software.
