Media Manager

Role Overview 

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and creative Digital Marketing, Community & Media Manager to lead our CRM operations, digital campaigns, app community engagement, content creation, and media execution for Lab of Future. This role blends strategy, execution, data, and creativity and plays a key role in driving student enrollments, app growth, and brand visibility across schools and communities. 

This is a high-ownership role in a fast-growing education-tech ecosystem focused on Space, Robotics, AI, and Future Skills. 

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) 

1. CRM Management & Funnel Coordination 

● Maintain accurate and updated lead data and communication history in CRM. 

● Track prospect movement across the funnel (Enquiry → Demo → Registration → Conversion). 

● Generate and submit weekly pipeline and conversion reports to Marketing & Management. 

2. Podcast & Webinar Management 

● Coordinate with speakers, hosts, and the tech team for execution.

● Promote events through teasers, live snippets, and post-event recaps. ● Track registrations, attendance, engagement, and feedback. 

3. Lab of Future App – Community Engagement (Core Focus) 

● Push weekly interactive content such as polls, challenges, learning bites, and announcements. 

● Moderate discussions and ensure safe, meaningful engagement. ● Drive app adoption among students, parents, and schools. 

4. Media Production & Content Creation 

● Create high-quality videos, reels, graphics, and event coverage content. 

● Manage post-production workflows including thumbnails and platform-optimized formats. 

● Build and maintain a centralized content library for long-term use. 

5. Digital Campaign Management 

● Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and community channels. 

● Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets. ● Run A/B testing on creatives and messaging. 

● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. 

6. Email Marketing & Automation

● Build and manage structured email flows (welcome, nurturing, re-engagement). ● Optimize subject lines, CTAs, and content for high CTRs and conversions. ● Integrate automation with CRM for scoring and follow-ups. 

● Track, analyze, and report email performance. 

7. Stakeholder & Partner Coordination 

● Coordinate with schools, educators, and strategic partners for campaigns and events. 

● Collect testimonials, success stories, and case studies. 

● Manage partner cross-promotions and collaborations. 

8. Website & Landing Page Tracking 

● Work with the web team on SEO, meta tags, and content updates. ● Track forms, bounce rates, heatmaps, and lead flows. 

● Provide UI/UX improvement suggestions to increase conversions. 

9. Performance Reporting & Analytics 

● Build dashboards for weekly and monthly performance tracking. 

● Track KPIs: Leads, conversions, app engagement, email open rates, ad performance, and social reach. 

● Share actionable insights with leadership. 

10. Brand Consistency & Visual Quality

● Ensure all content aligns with Lab of Future’s brand guidelines. 

● Conduct final quality checks before publishing. 

● Train interns or junior designers where required. 

11. Event & On-Ground Marketing Support 

● Support live events, workshops, school fairs with real-time media coverage. ● Coordinate banners, flyers, standees, QR codes, and live updates. ● Capture student and parent testimonials on-site. 

● Maintain event data in CRM. 

12. Partnerships & PR Coordination 

● Support press releases, blogs, and media outreach. 

● Coordinate influencer campaigns and co-branded partnerships. 

● Manage community announcements and partner visibility. 

13. Innovation & Trend Spotting 

● Stay updated with AI tools, reel formats, and performance marketing trends. 

● Introduce innovative outreach formats and platforms (Telegram, LinkedIn campaigns, new ad formats). 

● Continuously test and improve engagement strategies. 

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience 

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. ● 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media, or Community Management. ● Education / Startup experience is a strong advantage. 

Technical Skills 

● Strong hands-on experience with: 

○ Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok 

○ Email tools: Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc. 

○ CRM systems: Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent 

○ Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO fundamentals, UTM tracking ● Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms is a plus. 

Creative & Strategic Capabilities 

● Strong storytelling and content planning skills. 

● Data-backed campaign optimization mindset. 

● High understanding of gamified digital engagement strategies. 

● Ability to identify and adapt to new trends quickly. 

Communication & Interpersonal 

● Excellent written and verbal communication in English. 

● Strong stakeholder management with schools, parents, and partners.

● Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, academics, and leadership.
