As Managing Director of Top Rock Interiors, Dr. Suresh has elevated the company into a symbol of operational excellence. From his beginnings as an IIT-trained engineer to leading thousands of projects across the UAE, Qatar, KSA, UK, and India, he has built an organisation known for efficiency, safety, and unmatched execution.

Alongside co-founding CMIS, he develops sustainable academic frameworks and robust campus operations, driving the adoption of advanced learning ecosystems. Dr. Suresh is recognised for his strategic vision, collaborative strength, and relentless execution, shaping organisations where innovation and efficiency go hand-in-hand.

Arpit Dugar

As CEO of Lab of Future, Arpit is redefining how young minds engage with technology, innovation, and future-ready skills. With a vision to make STREAMER the new age curriculum, making education hands-on, immersive, and globally accessible, he has built LOF into a pioneering platform where students explore education through experiential learning.

Academically equipped with a Bachelor’s in Electronics & Communication, a Master’s in Public Administration, and a Management Programme from the IIM Calcutta, Arpit blends technical expertise, governance insight, and strategic business acumen. With 15+ years of cross-industry experience, he has built learning ecosystems that merge education with real-world challenges, driving LOF’s rapid expansion across schools, international programmes, research internships, and DIY innovation platforms.

Beyond education, Arpit is a visionary leader in industry collaboration and research-driven innovation. He works closely with global space agencies, universities, and technology partners to create pathways that give students direct exposure to cutting-edge developments. Inspiring by example, he is making LOF a global movement where the next generation is empowered to build, lead, and succeed.

Risivarthini Muralikumar

Executive Director, Lab of Future

At the intersection of strategic vision and impactful execution, Risi leads Lab of Future’s expansive growth in operations and global partnerships. She orchestrates rollout of cross-continental STREAMER programmes, ensures successful integration of curriculum, and forges alliances with tech giants, research institutes, and social enterprises.

Beyond LOF, as Executive Director of CMIS, Risi has established the school as an innovation hub, overseeing digital transformation, talent development, and award-winning student initiatives that prepare youth to excel worldwide. Her legal and cross-border business background fortifies her ability to steer complex projects and negotiate high-value collaborations.

Armed with an LLB (Hons) from the UK and professional expertise spanning the UK, UAE, and India, Risi combines legal and business acumen with cross-cultural insight. She is a next-generation leader whose partnerships and operational strength ensure that LOF leaves not just an impression, but a lasting legacy.

Vinod Raj

Creative Director, Lab of Future

As Creative Director of Lab of Future, Vinod leads the design of curriculum, kits, and visual assets that bring learning to life. With 25 years of experience as a visual storyteller across Dubai and India, he combines creativity with educational purpose, ensuring LOF’s programs are both innovative and inspiring.

His expertise spans branding, cartooning, graphic design, visualization, and educational content creation, along with unique strengths in game design and miniature model development. By blending artistry with functionality, he transforms complex ideas into engaging visuals that connect with learners of all ages.

Mentored by legendary cartoonists R.K. Laxman and V.T. Thomas, and inspired by Disney animator Aaron Blaze, Vinod brings this heritage of storytelling into LOF. His vision for LOF is to make learning enjoyable and impactful by using designs that capture students’ attention in multiple ways, encouraging curiosity, imagination, and a lifelong passion for discovery.

Avantika Tyagi

Marketing Head, Lab of Future

As Marketing Head of Lab of Future, Avantika  brings over a decade of global experience at the intersection of creativity and strategy. She has led campaigns for leading brands such as Amazon and managed international accounts across Europe and the GCC, blending compelling storytelling with data-driven execution to deliver measurable growth and brand success.

Her expertise spans 360° marketing, digital engagement, and brand positioning, where she has consistently aligned purpose with performance. Ravindra Chaudhary

Ravindra heads projects & systems at Lab of Future, driving automation, efficiency, and seamless execution across programmes. He plays a vital role in streamlining processes, implementing scalable frameworks, and ensuring that every initiative aligns with the organisation’s vision of delivering innovative learning experiences.

With a focus on system-driven operations, he leads the design and rollout of automation strategies that optimise workflows, reduce redundancies, and enhance both internal efficiency and stakeholder engagement. His approach blends strategic foresight with hands-on execution, enabling LOF to scale with agility and precision.

Previously, Ravindra has successfully implemented complex systems across diverse domains including education, technology, and operations management. A recognised leader in international education, David has spent 15 years building partnerships with universities and industries, scaling companies, and pioneering global student mobility programmes. His expertise ensures that LOF continues to grow its reach and relevance in a competitive world.

His earlier career as a broadcast journalist took him to 30 countries over 35 years, covering world-changing events. That global perspective gives him the ability to network fearlessly, influence diverse audiences, and open doors strategically. Human-Computer Interface Technical Discipline Lead at NASA - Retired 

Ex- NASA engineer with over 40 years of experience in telemetry, speech control, command/data handling, intelligent systems, and avionics. He served as the Human-Computer Interface Technical Discipline Lead, playing a key role in developing advanced astronaut-system interfaces at NASA before retiring in early 2024

 

Madison Feehan

CEO & Founder of Space Copy 

Founder and CEO of Space Copy, she is a NASA NSPIRES (NRESS) alumna with deep experience in planetary science, heliophysics, and astrophysics. A Harvard Business School program graduate, she is leading innovation in interplanetary additive manufacturing—developing lunar-compatible 3D-printing technologies
