About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our brand, marketing, growth and revenue-generation strategy across B2C, B2B and institutional markets.
The CMO will be responsible for building a strong and differentiated education/EdTech brand while developing a measurable marketing engine that drives awareness, qualified leads, customer acquisition, revenue, retention and long-term growth.
The role covers a diverse portfolio including online courses, STEM/DIY and robotics kits, school curriculum partnerships, educational labs, student and teacher programs, and institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Create annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans across all business verticals.
- Define marketing KPIs, budgets, targets and ROI expectations.
- Build and lead a high-performance marketing team comprising internal resources, agencies and specialist partners.
- Establish effective marketing processes, reporting and performance-management systems.
2. Brand & Positioning
- Develop and strengthen the company's brand identity, positioning and market presence.
- Create differentiated positioning and messaging for different products and customer segments.
- Establish the organization as a trusted and innovative education, STEM and EdTech brand.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints.
- Drive thought leadership and reputation-building initiatives.
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Own the digital marketing ecosystem, including website, landing pages, SEO and conversion optimization.
- Lead performance marketing across platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Develop campaigns targeting students, parents, schools, teachers and institutional customers.
- Drive measurable improvements in leads, conversion, customer acquisition cost and marketing-generated revenue.
- Own key performance metrics including CPL, CAC, conversion rate and ROAS.
4. Content, Social Media & Creative
- Develop and execute the social media strategy across relevant platforms.
- Build a strong content engine covering blogs, videos, case studies, webinars, podcasts, e-books and other formats.
- Lead creative communication including brand films, product videos, testimonials, reels, explainers and motion graphics.
- Build an efficient internal and external creative production ecosystem.
5. CRM, Marketing Automation & Customer Lifecycle
- Own email, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications and other direct marketing channels.
- Develop segmented campaigns for prospects, students, parents, schools, teachers and existing customers.
- Build data-driven lead nurturing, segmentation, automation, retargeting, retention, cross-selling and upselling programs.
- Work closely with Sales and Technology to optimize the complete Marketing → Lead → Sales → Customer → Retention journey.
6. B2B, School & Institutional Marketing
- Develop marketing programs with schools, universities, education organizations, NGOs and technology/STEM partners.
- Lead co-branded campaigns, school events, workshops, webinars, competitions and referral programs.
- Develop B2B marketing through conferences, exhibitions, demonstrations, lab showcases and account-based marketing.
- Generate qualified leads for institutional sales.
7. Product Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Develop positioning, value propositions, messaging and competitive differentiation for products and services.
- Create sales enablement materials including presentations, brochures, case studies and other conversion assets.
- Work with Product and Academic teams to translate technical and educational capabilities into compelling customer propositions.
- Support Sales with qualified opportunities and effective marketing assets.
8. Events, PR & Community
- Lead the company's event and experiential marketing strategy, including STEM fairs, exhibitions, hackathons, conferences and open-house programs.
- Manage PR, media relations, corporate communications and thought-leadership initiatives.
- Develop influencer, ambassador and community programs involving educators, parents and students.
9. Growth, Analytics & Budget Management
- Build a data-driven growth function across B2C and B2B markets.
- Establish marketing analytics, dashboards and performance reporting.
- Continuously test new channels, campaigns, customer segments and markets.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and optimize spending based on performance.
- Manage agencies, vendors and freelancers and evaluate their performance.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably as a CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Marketing or equivalent.
- Strong experience in building and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, brand, performance, content and B2B channels.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, CRM, marketing automation and analytics.
- Experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion optimization and revenue-focused marketing.
- Strong understanding of B2B and institutional marketing, preferably within education, EdTech, STEM, technology or related sectors.
- Excellent commercial, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder-management abilities.
- A hands-on, data-driven and results-oriented approach.
